Refund policy

Our returns policy — plain and simple

Changed your mind? No worries. You have 60 days from delivery to return your kit for a full refund, as long as the equipment is unused and in its original packaging.

How to return: Email us at backyardbreweryproject@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out. Simple as that.

What can be returned: All equipment (fermenting tub, Airstill, alcometer) in unused condition within 60 days.

What can't be returned: Opened ingredient/consumable packs — for obvious reasons. If your pack arrived damaged or defective, that's different — contact us and we'll make it right.

Refund timeline: Once we receive the return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

Something wrong with your order? If anything arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — contact us immediately and we'll replace or refund it, no return required.
